Upgrade StorageCannot reopen Tag Selector
The Tag Selector cannot be reopened after being closed.
In the Debug ID below, I close the Tag Selector and reopen it through the "View" -> "Layout" menu. The Tag Selector is then stuck at loading:

If I close Zotero with the Tag Selector closed, and then try to open it after startup, I also get the same problem:

The Tag Selector recovers after switching to another collection.
