can't load the images of notes in web library

[Split from Zotero 6.0.8: Images in notes not syncing properly to web and iPad anymore]

@dstillman: I still can't load the images of notes in web library even if I enabled sync using Zotero. Is this related to the note plugins?

    You're at your storage quota, so additional files, including images in notes, aren't being uploaded. There'd be a warning icon about this in the toolbar on every sync that you can click on for more info.

    I still can't see the images after I purged storage in my library and used WebDAV for syncing.

    Yes, because WebDAV files are stored on your server, not ours. The web library can't access them.
