Sync failure still

I have upgraded to version 2.0.1 and tried syncing from my desktop computer. Direct connection to the network with no proxies or VPN's. Have tried twice, both ended with failure. Ther error report ID is 891602467. Looking at my settings on the server, only 6.8 MB have been used out of the 5GB I have, while my full library on my computer takes 3.4 GB.
I actually never had a successful syncing with the zotero server. How should I proceed ?
