Upgrade StorageBoox Air Note 3 - can't download attachments in Group Libraries
I recently got a Boox and was thrilled that I can bind my Zotero to the Library.
I added sync read/write permissions for the default library and also added the same permissions for one of my group libraries.
I am able to download Zotero attachments from my library, but when I try to download attachments from my other Group Library it says "error". I have looked through the settings, but doesn't seem like anything I can change there.
I just tried to use Zoo Zotero on my Boox and after selecting the same settings, I can download the attachments in my Group Library. I would prefer to use the native Boox app with Zotero account binding. Has anyone been able to get this working?

dstillmanedited August 13, 2024Someone here might have an idea, but note that we (the Zotero team) don't have anything to do with Boox's Zotero integration, so that's not something we can help with.
