Can't download zotero on windows 10

I have a new computer and am trying to download zotero, but the https://www.zotero.org/download/ link only gives me options to download on the app store. Is there a different link I can use?

    What browser are you using? Can you go to this URL and copy and paste the text where it says "Your user agent"?

    But even from an unrecognized browser you shouldn't be seeing only a link to the App Store, so something is very strange here. Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing?

    I think I got it going, for some reason microsoft edge was not fully downloaded either even though I was browsing on it. Once I downloaded microsoft edge I am able to access the download page. Thank you!
