when I hit my "Z" icon I get a "download" command

I new to Zotero but it worked for me the first time and I love it. I have it on both my computer (Windows) and on my phone. On my phone I can see all of my entries, but when I hit my "Z" icon at bottom of my Windows pane/page, I get a "download" command. I used to see all of my bibliography. I am afraid I've lost my computer-based info but still have it on my phone. Any ideas on how to help me, please. Bob
