Upgrade Storagehard time downloading from chrome to the zotero app

Hello! Thanks developer team! I am new to zotero, I downloaded maybe 1-2 hours ago. It appears that I have the 7.0 version, but I have been having a hard time downloading from chrome to the zotero app using the extension. Would anyone happen to have any suggestions? Greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
