Zotero failing to sync data from my account 1113039282

Hello there, I just installed zotero on a new computer, I am trying to sync data from my account. I went to the set up syncing and I have linked my account but zotero app is not syncing any information. I have clicked multiple times on the sync button on the corner of the app but nothing happens, no error is displayed, it just wont sync. please help
