Upgrade StorageiPhone app not synching with ipad

For some reason the annotations I make on the phone are not showing up on the pdf when I open it on my iPad. I see the annotations fine on my MacBook though. And yes, I’ve refreshed a whole lot and tried restarting the app twice! iOS help please!!
