    Today, I can't add citations both in the new file and old.
    Yesterday was still fine.

    Restart your computer. If the issue still occurs, make sure you first receive the error dialog before submitting the Report ID.

    Including re-install microsoft 365 and Zotero.
    It still doesn't work.

    Please submit another Report ID after you receive the error in Zotero.
