Problem uti URL

Hello
In my library I had saved a URL with the exact address of an article. When I do the bibliography, only the page of the database or files from which I obtained the article appears and not the exact URL that I had saved, what can I do?
I want and I had saved something like this: https://numerique.banq.qc.ca/patrimoine/details/52327/4693652

I got something like this in stead: http://numerique.banq.qc.ca/

What can I do please?

Could you give an example of how you would want the citations? APA isn't normally in notes

An I mention authors and press articles at the bottom of the page, like this:
