It cannot be closed after clicking on the wand

    What can't be closed? That popup?

    Can you reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins?

    If so, make sure you didn't change ui.popup.disable_autohide in the Config Editor (from the Advanced pane of the settings).
