Lost Zotero Data with Firefox 3.6

I just updated to Firefox 3.6 and lost all of my Zotero data. A lot of my doctoral research is in Zotero and I'm worried about getting it back. How can I undo the Firefox update? I'm using Windows Vista. Can anyone help with this?
