Zotoro Connector in Chrome

I have spent an hour trying to paste the Zotoro connector to the Chrome address bar.
I gave up, and then tried to obtain a citation from the DOE document site: OSTI.gov
The Z icon appears but says it does not recognize the information. I tried using just the doi number but that doesn't work either. I have a lot of DOE official papers I need to add. Can anyone help?

    I'm not sure what you mean by that. The Zotero Connector is a browser extension that you install in your browser — it's not something you "paste" anywhere.
