Dual accounts?

It appears that I am working from two accounts. I have Zotero in my Google Chrome extensions for easy access to open. When I do an article search and the Zotero item selector opens it prompts me to login again whenever the software is already on the desktop. Any recommendations or solutions? I do not want to lose research. Please advise.

    You pasted the same screenshot twice, so I'm not sure what you're trying to show us.

    You should only be prompted to log in if you don't actually have the Zotero app open, or the Zotero Connector can't connect to it, and you explicitly tell the Zotero Connector to save to your online library instead. You should never do that if you have the Zotero app on your computer.

    Restart your browser and the Zotero app and try again, and provide more screenshots if you're still having trouble.
