Hi

I'm currently working out of a Google Doc and today I've encountered the "Zotero experienced an error updating your document" issue when editing citations.

I've followed each step in the Troubleshooting document yet still encounter the same issues.

See the last step on Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents. If this doesn't go away on its own, you may need to make a copy of the document (File → Make a copy) and cut the document down to find the part that's causing the error. As it says, unless it still happens after you clear the document content completely, that will by definition isolate the problem.
