Unable to verify email address

Hello,

I'm trying to change my current Primary email address into a new email I just added in my Zotero account. And now I'm trying to verify this new email address a few times, but never received the verification email. I have tried resending the verification email a few times over these past weeks but still no luck. I have also tried getting in touch with support@zotero.org but haven't heard anything back.

Any advice?

I was thinking of deleting the Primary email in hope that the new email would automatically assigned as the Primary email, and would do some magic for verifying this new email - but I'm too scared that I'd lose my account (and my library!)

Any advice would be so helpful, thank you

  • Try again now. It looks like we had a slight misconfiguration on our end, and your mail provider was being unusually strict and rejecting our emails. We've never seen this before, but it's fixed now, so I'd guess that emails will go through again. Sorry about that!
