Sorting by size of paper

I am having an issue where I am running out of space on my plan. I would like to be able to sort my papers to see which ones are way to big in terms of data. Is there an easy way to do this?

    A way to do this within Zotero is planned, but for now you can do a search in your OS for all PDFs within your Zotero data directory and then just sort the list by size. You can then find those PDFs in Zotero by name or copy the containing 8-character folder and paste it into the Zotero search bar in All Fields & Tags mode to see the attachment in question.

    Thanks for your quick reply. Thats a shame it is not built in. Windows 11 doesnt have size of folders in details view which is annoying.

    right, hence the search/virtual folder option. There are also a whole bunch of free storage analyzer tools you can use on Windows.

    I would also love to be able to do this directly within Zotero.
