Not recognizing already citated paper

Hello everyone! In short, zotero can't recognize the papers I've already cited and when I have to cite them again it can't understand that it has already been cited and cites it again by putting a new number. Not only that, it is also cited differently, maybe just by name.

    That behavior is standard Chicago style and correct as you show it. If you want the same number for the same citation, you want a numeric style -- that's e.g. Nature, IEEE, or Vancouver among those pre-installed or many hundred on zotero.org/styles
