The copy citation and copy reference tables in the edit field do not work

Unable to copy citation and reference lists, shortcuts don't work, clicking doesn't work, can't paste to clipboard

It's not clear what you mean here. See
Reporting Problems
for the two things we need to help.
If you're running plugins, make sure you can reproduce the problem with all plugins disabled.

Thank you for your reply, I would like to clarify that in the Edit menu bar, clicking on Copy Citations and Copy Reference List did not work. The shortcut keys are ctrl+shift+A and ctrl+shift+C, and clicking on them still doesn't copy them.

But that's with plugins enabled.

And you should make sure you have a style or export format configured in the Export → Quick Copy section of the Zotero settings.
