Zotero works on Google Docs but not in desktop Word
Hello to all:
When including a reference in a new/blank document on Word (desktop), Zotero displays the "Zotero has experienced an error updating your document" message. However, it works fine on Google Docs.
I followed every step of the troubleshooting. I also tried uninstalling/installing both Zotero and Word and checking that I had the same account in both programs. I also made sure I'm up to date with the latest versions of both. I even tried Zotero 7, with the same results (same message). Finally, I took the computer to a repair shop, and the problem couldn't be solved.
Do you guys have a solution for this error? I'll be very happy to follow any instructions.
