Zotero doesnt update citation

Hi! I appreciate your help as zotero is not adding my citation. I am troubleshooting and the issue remains. This is the ID D2119396640. I am using the Mac Word version 16 and the issue is with the add in. I waited long and the issue remains. Many thanks!

    This debug output just shows the Add/Edit Citation dialog being opened.
