Issue with Zotero connector (chrome)

Hi all,

When trying to save a paper from the browser, I first get the message "Reload this page to apply your updated settings to this site". Once I refresh and try again, I get the error message:
"An error occurred saving with PubMed Central. Attempting to save using Embedded Metadata instead.
An error occurred saving with Embedded Metadata. Attempting to save using DOI instead.
An error occurred while saving this item. See Troubleshooting Translator Issues for more information."

(this happens with other journals too, accessed through different platforms).

I'm pasting below the first errors as obtained from the extension. Any advice would be highly appreciated!

We always need an example URL for problems with saving. (And we only ever want Report IDs and Debug IDs here, not raw output. We'll excerpt relevant errors as appropriate. For this, we'd want to see a Debug ID from the Connector for reloading the page and trying to save.)

Okay, here's an example URL:

That Debug ID is from Zotero, not the Zotero Connector.

when I try to submit a report from the Zotero connector I'm getting an error message (attached)

Oh, it sounds like you just blocked the Zotero Connector from running. You need to give it access to run on all pages. (That's likely why you're getting that message about reloading too.) See Step 11 on Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero.
