1.A few days ago, in order to solve the problem that Jasmine plug-in could not capture literature outside the school, I made it according to the method of online teaching. After zotero was restarted, everything became new, and there was nothing left, which became the initial look. I tried to retrieve it according to the method taught by others, but still failed to retrieve it. Could you help me find it? Thank you.
2.I am trying to recover now, I see that some people say that the last file is set to RDF format, but after setting this format, it shows "files not supported in this format" when importing, how to solve it?
