Unable to find any PDFs

Hello,

I am currently unable to download any PDFs at all. Whether I am attempting an open-access article or subscription-based (with my Uni WiFi or at home), nothing's working. Some of these articles I have found available PDFs for previously. This problem has shown up ever since I upgraded to a 200GB storage, coincidentally or not.

Quick help would be highly appreciated.

    Can you explain exactly what you're doing? Are you talking about just saving from the web or the Find Available PDF feature?

    Can you provide a Debug ID for whatever you're referring to?

    Find available PDF feature. I want to manage all my PDFs within Zotero, which is what I used to do.

    You're trying to do this in a public open group, which doesn't allow files.
