Upgrade StorageDuplicating single citations in word
Hello,
I am having an issue where I have 1 version of a citation saved in my Zotero library, but in the word plug-in it will show twice. In large documents the singular citation will be (Author, 2024a) and (Author, 2024b) throughout. I have to manually go through them all and pick the same one from the list, but in large documents this is a pain. How do I stop this from happening?
I am running on the latest version on Mac, and I don't have any duplicates in my Zotero library

Be sure to read "Other Causes" at the bottom. This won't happen if you always cite the same item from your library.
