See my group library in my google chome extension

Hello, I would like to save certain documents in my group library but I can't see them in my chrome extension. Would you have a solution to help me?
I've already synchronized several times without success

    The Zotero Connector isn't really relevant — that will just show you whatever is in the Zotero desktop app. If you mean that you don't see them in the Zotero desktop app itself, see Changes Not Syncing.
