From which app should I import into Zotero

I'm still in the process of checking out Zotero for use in my Genealogy efforts and all looks pretty good this far. I'm finding Donna Cox Baker's book, Zotero for Genealogy, to be very helpful. The data I want to import into Zotero exists in three other apps I have tried--DEVONthink, UpNote, and Bear--long story I won't burden you with. The first two are folder based while Bear uses nested tags in much the same way. 1. Which would be the easiest to import from? and 2. From which would I be apt to get the. most accurate results. And then, how would I proceed to do it? Any particular plug-in to use?
