Zotera dropdown cannot save change to my word in-text citation

Hi, whenever I try to edit an existing in-test citation, Word pops up " You have modified this citation since Zotera generated it. Do you want to keep your modifications and prevent future updates? ....with all my citations but due to screen limit I couldn't click yes or no. It doesnt show on my screen. This result in complete shut down of word and Zotera. I have to force quit Word in order to restart. But if i want to change an in-text citation for example to omit author. This happens again and again. What is the solution to solve this? Thank you so much!

    Our software is called "Zotero", not "Zotera". Could you upload a screenshot which shows the issue with being unable to click on the dialog?
