A report of webdav HTTP 0 error (solved)

Windows 11 (x64), Zotero 7.0.0-beta.97+b899fc9d4
I use a homemade webdav server by AList under campus network, and use a VPN connection (provided by school official) to access. TLS (HTTPS) is not used due to the complexity of configuration.
In a long period of time (at least 6 months), zotero sync works perfectly, until today it reports a "WebDAV HTTP 0 error" while syncing. Normally the error code should be 504 or 300 (maybe), I have never met a "0" code.
I tried restarting VPN connection, restarting AList (WebDAV server), checking other network connection, but they didn't work.

Solution:
Restart this Windows 11 client. Note that before I restarted it, the OS alarms me to restart it for update. The very possible reason is that when an update of Windows 11 is available, the OS will try to filter some insecure connection, or try other wierd behavior that influence the net connection globally.
After the restart (and maybe wait for 10 minutes), problem solved.

(I think it's more likely the problem of windows, but maybe this discussion will help someone like me, so I put it here.)
