Upgrade StorageLocal storage

our main aim is to establish a shared online-libary with zotero.
Now question about the local storage...
Is it possible that 5-10 users of the libary use the same "storage location" (Cloud-Storages, shared file ordners) at their local computers? That every user store the Data at the same spot, but can use it efficently on their local PC? If yes, where and how is it possible to adjust in Zotero? Many thanks
