Unable to download attachments (PDF) in windows app

My attachments are synched through DAV. It used to go well and it is till fine on my Macbook and iPad zotero app, but in the windows app the attachments are unable to download. The window pops out saying "Requet timed out". The debug ID: 1256780390

That would be a problem with your network connection.
