Best Practices Prior to Beta Update

I'm interested in updating to the Zotero 7 beta. What are best practices for preserving what I have now in case something goes wrong and I want to switch back to Zotero 7? (for example, any backups, etc.).

You don't need to do anything special. You can safely switch back and forth between Zotero 6 and 7.

You should always have a backup of your Zotero data, as with any important data.
