Document synchronization failed after changing version

After the change from zotero7 to zotero6, all the literatures disappeared and were loaded all the time. I have used nutstore network backup, but I still can't synchronize it back. May I ask how to restore the original literature data?

    Disable all plugins and see if you can still reproduce it. If so, can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reproducing this, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

    I'm sorry, I don't quite understand what you mean by reproduce it. After disabling all plugins, I tried to “restart with logging enabled”, but it still didn't work.
