Security problem: Zotero 2.0 and Word 2010

I was able to properly install Zotero into Word 2010. The problem is that whenever I click any of the toolbar icons, I get:

The macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your Macro security settings.

I changed the security settings to 'Enable all macros', I checked that the add-in is properly installed, I restarted Word and I also tried re-installing the Zotero plug-in. I keep getting this same error. Please offer some suggestions for resolving this problem.
