Zotero is not saving PDFs from ScienceDirect

Zotero is not saving PDFs on the ScienceDirect platform while while I can download the phf manually such as this one:
https://doi.org/10.1016/j.actamat.2024.120138

I did try Reset and Update Translators and I have submitted the report and the report id is 1144248549.

Please advise how I should proceed.
