No Sync with new WebDAV

Hi there,

I had searched but did not find relavent information.

I switched my zotero to a new WebDAV, zotero shows success on syncing however the existing contents are not synchnized to the new WebDAV, only the newly added ones are synced.

Do I need to manually copy "zotero" folder (with contents) from my computer to WebDAV?

OR, Should I reset, then choose "replace online library" ?

Don't copy the "Zotero" folder from your computer — that's a totally different folder.

Don't use Replace Online Library — that's about library data.

You can transfer the 'zotero' folder from the old WebDAV server, or, if you have all the files locally, you can do Reset File Sync History. We have an open ticket to automatically run that when the WebDAV URL is changed.

What do I do with the open ticket you mentioned please?

Yes, if you have the files locally, you can run Reset File Sync History.

A ticket is just a to-do on our end to fix something. I'm just saying it will do the reset automatically in a future version.
