Zotero identifier search and retrieve metadata from PDF are not working

Dear support team,

I'm trying to solve the problem for hours...

Always when i try to load a book via an ISBN it says:
"Zotero could not find a record for the specified identifier. Please verify the identifier and try again."
Also for the PDF Metadata it says:
"No matching reference found."

I tried the ISBN on a other device and there it worked.
The problem could be my company laptop which has strict internet security policy's.
Is there any solution for this?

Furthermore I poorly cant install the explorer Extension because this is also blocked form the internet security. So this is also not a solution. How can I solve the problem to add books via ISBN or PDF?

Can you provide a Debug ID for an attempt that fails?

You're getting a 403 Forbidden from all sites that it's trying. Assuming you're connecting via a proxy, I'd guess those aren't really from the sites and you're just being blocked by your institution's network.

You can try the Zotero 7 beta, which works better on some institutional networks, but otherwise you'd have to talk to your IT department.
