Doesnt show up in Word on any of our computers

I installed Zotero from the website and everything is enabled in the app and Microsoft Word. All the files are correct in the user folder. Tried all the troubleshooting methods to get it to appear and tested it on several computers in my office and it still doesnt appear. What else is there to check?

Looks like Zotero is not digitally signed or signed by a Trusted Publisher. These addins are disabled for security reasons by my organization.

The plugin is digitally signed with an EV code-signing certificate from a major certificate authority. Your organization may be blocking Word add-ins from running or from customizing the UI, though. They should be able to add Corporation for Digital Scholarship as a trusted publisher or otherwise allow this, but you'd have to talk to them.
