Zotero Connector doesn´t save to Zotero App

Tried all steps indicated. I can´t follow the step that includes advanced settings, as in the "Options" section, neither advanced nor general open when I click on them

    What OS are you on? What browser (with full version number) are you using? Does it work if you disable other extensions and restart the browser?
