    Read the text.
    Once Firefox installs Zotero and restarts, Zotero can be accessed by clicking on the Zotero icon in the bottom-right corner of the Firefox window. Zotero runs in its own pane within Firefox.
    You changed the pref to display a "Z" rather than "Zotero".
  • I know that! I did that part on purpose, what I am looking for is the "capture" button which it mentions here:

    {"
    Capturing Items

    Because Zotero runs within Firefox, it is simple to create new items from information available on the internet. If a capture icon appears in the address bar, Zotero can automatically create an item of the appropriate type and populate the metadata fields

    "}

    I can't find the button near the address bar

    Ah, OK. I didn't know what you meant by "capture button".

  • Thank you--sorry, I was so vague!
