Syncing web library with app library having changed laptops

Hi, I need help to sync the web library with the app library. My app library is showing a much older version now I've changed laptops. please can someone help? I've tried syncing and dowloading the library but it's not working.
  • You should configure sync on the new laptop and wait until it completes (which can be verified by checking an icon in the top-right corner). If, afterwards, you see a different library than in the web library, you might have used a different account.
