Error: File is not valid XML

When I want to edit my reference styles, it warns me that "Error: File is not valid XML" no matter what style I'm editing. Anybody knows how to fix it?

You don't have a style selected in the Style Editor in that screenshot. It will always show that message if the text area is empty.

Sorry, but even I select one style, it still doesn't work.

The Style Manager in the settings has nothing to do with this — that's just for adding or removing styles. You have to actually select the style you want to edit from the drop-down menu in the Style Editor.
