When clicking add proxy on a new website, it never is actually added and so every session has the same issue. Here is the javascript error:
[JavaScript Error: "Invalid proxy %h/%p: TypeError: parts[1].split(...).pop().match(...) is null"]

You seem to have a proxy configured with %h/%p as the Proxied URL Scheme. It is not valid which is why it is failing. Did you configure this proxy entry manually or did Zotero automatically add it for you?

I don't think I entered that but I could've by mistake. I think I have now removed that from the list.

I think I have fixed the problem. Zotero was not adding the hostname of one of the sites when I clicked add proxy each time. I added it manually and it seems to work now.
