Zotero 7: File menu keyboard shortcuts don't work in reader tabs

With version 7.0.0-beta.94+8211934d9 (64-bit) on Linux, the file menu keyboard shortcuts (alt-f, alt-v, etc.) don't work when in a reader tab. They do work on the main library tab.
