Citation not being uploaded to Zotero folder

Hi. Report Id is 865875589. Recently i have not been able to add citation directly to zotero folder from google chrome. When I am on google scholar and I click on cite and then refman, it is not bein saved in zotero. Rather a new box appears, to download the citation. Earlier this wasn't an issue. Kindly respond accordingly.
Zotero version is 6.0.36
Windows 11 system
