兼容设置后，zotero打开时显示异常

因在Word中插入参考文献时出现文档加载错误，右键点击zotero进行了兼容性疑难解答，根据流程点击了几下，完成设置后再次打开zotero时出现显示异常，整个页面被放大。重新安装后依然显示异常。请问这种情况该怎么恢复原来的显示和设置啊，救救孩子吧

    I'm not sure what you're referring to. You changed some Windows compatibility setting for the app itself? I would think uninstalling completely and reinstalling would reset that (your data won't be affected), but if not, I think you can change those settings by right-clicking on the zotero.exe file in Zotero's Program Files folder and clicking Properties.
