Upgraded to unlimited storage, but PDFs do not sync

I upgraded to unlimited storage, when I add a reference with its PDF in device A, I can see the reference in devices B and C, but can only recover the PDF in device A. I have waited 24 hours to see if it needed some time, without success. Any suggestions? THe first PDFs, when I had the limited free storage, synced fine (thereafter not as soon as the storage was full).
