Archiving Group Collection

Is there a way to archive a Group collection so that I can store it locally, then add it back into the Group at a later time and keep the links between the report and collection? If not, is this a feature you are looking at?

The reason I am asking if we have 5-6 people generating reports using a Group collection, the collection is going to get huge. We have no problems buying extra storage, but at some point having a group collection at 1+GB on each computer seems excessive. Plus, we do revisit all our reports every year to update them and loosing the link between the report and collection will be very time consuming.

    I'm not totally clear on what you're doing, but on-demand downloading of attachments is planned, which would address the disk-space-on-each-computer issue. Would that suffice?
