Activate the feature of adding File for the button in right pane of attachment reader

Similar to other buttons, such as Library and Collection, Tag, and Related. If this feature can be added, it will greatly facilitate the addition of additional attachments such as PDFs. Instead of having to go to the Library window and right-click the parent items to add attachments.

This button has been activated when the selected item in the main window is a regular parent item rather than an attachment item. However, the file will be attached to the chosen regular item instead of the parent item corresponding to the current reader pane.
Can this feature be improved?

I can reproduce this bug in Zotero 7 Beta.
The Add button in the Attachments section of the Item Pane of a PDF Reader tab adds the attachments to the item selected in the Items Tree tab instead of adding them to the parent item currently displayed in the Item Pane of the PDF Reader tab.
